  • rates start at $75/session and vary depending on the frequency

Partner Training

Specialized tandem training that allows you and a friend to reach each of your individual goals, while challenging one another:

  • positive, upbeat sessions that allow for friendly competition, while still goal oriented.

  • can have up to 3 individuals per session

Partner training allows for 20-25% off 1-on-1 training prices.

Packages are offered dependant on your groups goals, experience, and lifestyle for either 2, 3 or 4 sessions a week.

Payment options are as follows:

  • Monthly

  • Paid in full



Nutritional planning tailored to your individual body needs and lifestyle.

  • Fully individualized to your tastes, goals, and lifestyle

  • Weekly Check-Ins

  • Daily Communication

  • Unlimited Diet Adjustments based on progression


  • 3 Month minimum: $150/month
    (with training package)

  • 3 Month minimum: $200/month
    (without training package)



Specialized program created for your individual goals:

  • Includes full collaborative workout program that allows for live entries/tracking, regimented split, and guidelines

  • Unlimited Communication

  • Weekly check-ins

  • From home workouts to apartment gyms to big box, whatever you have access to is how your plan is built.

    (12 week - diet and training package)

  • Training Plan: $200/month
    (3 month minimum)
